I love Bancomer's waiting system, they give you a ticket and then you sit to wait until your turn appears on the screen.

They kept my card at the ATM...I went the next day and they told me they destroyed it. And well thank you. Terrible treatment, the workers have no brains. Don't get angry or feel frustrated...DO NOT go to Bancomer. TERRIBLE SERVICE.

Terrible service, when it comes to handling money, they can't answer with a "probably", it's "yes" or "no". Their staff lacks a lot of preparation.
